Prices
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
At the time of installation we charge a one time Activation and Registration Fee of 5,900 pesos. This fee is for connection to and maintenance of our ITOWN network including upgrades to newer technology to ensure optimal performance and lowest possible outages for all clients, irrespective of location and duration of service.
The service fee for connecting to Internet through our prvider starts at 1,200 pesos per month, VAT inclusive. This service fee is called the MRC -Monthly Recurring Charge.
If for some reason our backbone provider has service interruptions, or our ITOWN network causes service outage, for example caused by lightning, power outage etc., a node base deduction is made on the next monthly bill.
Except for the first MRC, which is due on the date of activation of the service, the monthly due date is 10 days before the expiration of each period. Our clients are only obligued to subscribe for a minimum of 30 days. If the MRC is not paid on or before the due date the service will be disconnected and reconnection fees will apply.
