Are you getting REAL broadband?

Most providers will offer you a broadband connection, but the speed of it is only as good as the backbone can deliver.

In more simple terms, a simple connection is just giving you access to the internet, but you cannot make proper use of the features requiring a good and stable bandwidth. For example, if you want to download emails with big attachments like photos, you are likely to be disconnected before the files are properly downloaded.

If you want to use Skype® or IP telephony, the voice will be cracking up and you can’t hear what is being said.

If you want to use streaming, for example listen to web radio channels or watch web TV, it just doesn’t work.

Surely you will feel let down by your provider if they claim to sell you broadband access and all you can do is what everybody can do with a prepaid dial-up card using a standard telephone line. So ask for a demo first! See what you get before spending thousands going backwards into the future. And beware: It may look fast and impressive before 6am and after midnight, but what does it do for you when “everybody” want to connect in the afternoon?

We want to give you real broadband – any time of the day.  If our backbone provider can not give it to us we can not give it to you and we will change to one that does.
